Whole Home Wi-Fi Set Up: Whole Home Wi-Fi installation utilizes the Kinetic-provided modem, Wi-Fi extenders (as needed), & Wi-Fi capable devices to connect to the home's network. For connectivity verification, technicians use 20-point Wi-Fi checklist to optimize home network connectivity. During installation, installed equipment will be photographed and Wi-Fi coverage will be tested throughout the home. Equipment photos and test results will be available in the Go Kinetic app. Self-install eligible customers on copper infrastructure choosing pro installation will incur a $100 installation fee.
